I ordered the bracelet based on the measurements stated in the listing.
I received the wrong size.
The seller admitted the mistake but requested a return, even though the return cost would have been almost as much as the bracelet itself.
I had to reopen the dispute and Alibaba issued the refund — not the seller.
Overall, not a good experience. I recommend confirming all details very carefully before purchasing.
